About Me
I’m an Art Conservation and Restoration Technician. Art – in all of its forms – has always been my passion. The idea of preserving artists’ creations – both the historical figures of the past, as well as the innovative artists of today – has been my source of motivation and inspiration. This is why I devoted my academic and professional journey to studying art history, developing my own artistic skills, and learning specialized restoration and conservation techniques.

Frames
Even though it’s not always immediately obvious, frames are a very important part of paintings. They function both as the protection and support for the work of art, and can also visually enhance aesthetic. Frames are considered works of art in their own right.
Gold Gilding
Gold gilding can be done to both old and new works of art, or other objects. Give a touch of elegance and preciousness to the objects you love most! Products used can be real gold leaf, ranging in karats from 9 up to 24 karats, or imitation leaf, copper or silver leaf .

Recently we engaged Manu to restore an early 20th century painted by a prominent Dutch artist of that time. The piece is valuable, but also a family heirloom and very special to us.
