Today I find fulfillment and meaning in restoring works of art, and in helping others express authentically.”
About Me
My training and work experience took place in two of the most beautiful and cultural cities in the world: Rome and Florence. It was in Florence, at Istituto Per L’ Arte ed Il Restauro Palazzo Spinelli, that I received my formal accreditation as a Professional Conservation Technician of easels painting on canvas and wood.
Since 2018, I’ve worked in New Zealand and discovered the art and cultural heritage that this young country offers. I’ve expanded my conservation skillset and deepened my knowledge of Contemporary and Maori Art while working at Studio Carolina Izzo as a Conservation Technician.
While restoring art and breathing new life into timeless pieces of art is my passion, I’ve applied my philosophy of restorative care into my work with others. Expressive Arts Therapy is my way of helping others free their mind and connect with their body, release stress, and build holistic resilience.
